Laboratory of Electrochemical Methods

Our electrochemical laboratory is equipped with several potentiostats that facilitate a variety of electrochemical measurements. These include cyclic voltammetry, normal pulse voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, square wave voltammetry, chronoamperometry, chronopotentiometry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and more. We primarily focus on the electrochemical characterisation of photocatalysts, utilising Mott-Schottky plots. In addition, we perform battery testing, which encompasses long-term cycling, the acquisition of charge and discharge curves, conductivity measurements, and impedance analysis. We also conduct electrochemical corrosion rate measurements using polarisation curves and Tafel diagrams. Our laboratory is supplied with a wide range of electrodes and measuring cells. We strive to accommodate our clients in terms of the method of delivery and the nature of the sample. For further details, please feel free to reach out via email or telephone.
